Here is the throw I started for Tracy from http://enchantasy.blogspot.com.
Tracy, if you don't like this, let me know. I'll happily make something less heavy. I loved the yarn when I saw it, but as I'm working with it, I'm realizing how bulky it is. It has wool in it, and it is gorgeous, but if you want something lacy and light (like you're making me), let me know! It won't bother me a bit to make something else. Here is another peek for you. This one shows the stitch I'm using better (a granny square).
I can't wait to finish this and get it in the mail to you! I am so excited to be swapping crocheted items with you. You're a natural at it! It took me so long to figure out how to crochet well, and it looks like you just got it. I think that's so cool!

This is so exciting isn't it?! That looks so warm and snuggly. I love the colours in it :) Isn't yarn just the yummiest stuff? It's very cold here at the moment and I can't wait to snuggle up with this gorgeous throw! So beautiful, you are such a sweetheart!
Anyway, I am off to my parent/teacher interview now ~ wish me luck!!
