More Christmas fun!

I've been busy trying to clean my table off again. I made this card last week, but just found it today. I used one of SU!'s sets. I love this lacy Christmas tree. I embossed it with gold and used Twinking H20s to paint it. There is some sponged distress ink around the edges of the image and the sentiment piece, but the picture didn't capture it. I was NOT going outside in the cold rain to get a good picture. I hate when it's both cold and wet. The designer paper is from TAC, one of their retiring paper packs that quickly sold out. Nice, eh? I wanted a couple of extra packs, but nope. I wasn't happy when SU! retired Going Grey and sold out before I could stock up, and now TAC repeats that trick. GRRRRRR!!!!!!

Okay, little rant over. Now for my second card using that fabulous stamp set from Flourishes. This time I stamped on Sahara Sand paper with Burnt Umber Palette Hybrid ink, painted with Twinkling H20s, and mounted on Bazzill paper (some color of green), Chocolate Chip and Cranberry Crisp (both SU!). I punched the corners out with a cute little snowflake corner punch thing that was awful to try to punch out. The sentiment has rounded corners. The card is 5 x 5, and you can't see the snowflakes and flourishes from TAC stamped on the brown base to add some depth. I love this stamp set. This reindeer makes me smile. It's a bit hard to stamp for me, but I'm kind of a dork, so that doesn't say much about how it would be for everyone else. But when a good image is stamped, it's so worth it!

That's about it for now. I'm going to go finish cleaning my table in the dining room and try to work on the table in the kitchen. Maybe I can clean them enough to be inspired to mess them up again!

Princess Matilda, Princess Lillian wants to learn to stamp and make cards, so you need to come to Idaho. She is cuter and cuter and we love your cards.
