Anyway, my orange Chinese Peony card is inspired by Gretchen Williams' card to me. I used the dry embossed pearls technique with H20s and Pearl Ex (not quite the same look, brighter, I think). Big Shot with Cuttlebug embossing folder, again. :o) I used May Arts ribbon and the Mega Tag punch, Clever Lever. Cardstock is SU! Very Vanilla and the embossed piece is Stardreams Opal. I used an SU! image, but I forget which set. I love the Chinese Peony image. Just a great flower. It's colored with Gamsol and Prismacolors in Poppy Red, which blends out a beautiful orangy-red color with Gamsol. It's mounted on an SU! piece, and dang it if I didn't forget the color! It's not True Thyme. It's not Mellow Moss. UGH!! I can't believe how bad my memory is for these colors! It's so frustrating. Anyway, it's a gorgeous green color from SU!

It feels so sunny and bright, but has such ornate imagery (that flower is so pretty!).
